Delicious venison biryani recipe

You'll Need:

  • Venison, diced (Halal Venison available from tariqhalalmeats.com)

  • Oil

  • Cardamom

  • Cinnamon

  • Cumin

  • Mustard Seeds

  • Ginger

  • Crushed Garlic

  • Onions

  • Tropics Achar Gosht Masala

  • Fresh coriander

  • Pomegranate seeds

  • Rice

Prep and Cooking Time: 
25 Minutes

Directions

  • Set your rice up and get that cooking first

  • Pound the venison

  • Heat oil in a pan

  • Add cardamom, cinnamon, cumin, and mustard seeds to the pan

  • Mix together, add venison, cook until the meat turns brown

  • Stir in crushed garlic, onions and Tropics Achar Gosht Masala

  • Add in some water, let it sizzle

  • Add fresh coriander, stir in well and let is sizzle some more

  • Stir with rice and add in some pomegranate seeds for extra pop of flavour and you’re done!
