How can I volunteer for the event?

What time does the event open?
The event is open from 11am until 8pm on Saturday and 8pm on Sunday. An AM ticket will allow you entry from 11am until 3pm, whereas a PM ticket will allow you entry from 4pm until closing.
What time is the last entry?
Entry closes 30 minutes before the end of your designated time slot. For example, if you have an AM ticket, you may not enter after 2.30 pm, and if you have a PM ticket, you may not enter after 7.30pm
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We have a limited number of tickets available at the door, however, it is advised to purchase your tickets in advance to guarantee your entry.
What does the ticket price cover, and does it include food?
The price of the ticket covers entry into the event only and does not include food. Food prices will vary throughout the event.
Where can I book an overnight stay?
We recommend the following in terms of distance to the venue:

Can my child attend for free?
Under 10s are permitted to attend the event for free, however, require a full paying adult with them. Only 2 children are permitted per paying adult.
Over 10s will require a standard ticket to enter the event.
How/when will I receive my ticket?
Once you have booked, you will receive an automated email (to the email address you submitted during the booking process – please remember to check your email junk/spam folder for this) confirming the details of your booking. At the time of booking and on the email confirmation you will see an Order/Booking Number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
If you have a smartphone you do not need to print your ticket. Simply have your ticket readily available when you arrive, and our team will scan the barcode directly from your phone.
Some of my party will be arriving separately, will they still be able to enter?
We will be able to check in your party separately. Please ensure that someone in both parties has a copy of the confirmation ticket so that our team can scan and check off each person when they arrive.
What does the VIP Q-Jump ticket include?
This ticket allows fast-track entry into the event only and does not allow you to jump the queues at individual stalls and any features.
Can I change my ticket date or type?
Unfortunately, tickets cannot be changed once purchased.
I can’t make the event, can we get a refund?
No sorry, we have a no refund policy.
Can I give my ticket to someone else?
Yes, your ticket contains a barcode that will be scanned upon entry. If you wish to transfer your ticket, you can forward them your ticket.
Does the ticket include re-entry?
Your ticket is for a single entry only. However, if you have an all-weekend ticket then you will be permitted to leave and re-enter at any point throughout the weekend.
Are the activities at the event free?
The Cookery Theatre and live entertainment are all free to experience at the show. There are, however, some paid premium attractions.
Are there prayer facilities available?
Yes, there is a prayer tent, with separate male and female tents.
Can I pay using my debit/credit card during the event?
Not all of our exhibitors are able to take card payments, so it is advised to bring some cash with you.
Is there a cash point at the venue?
No, unfortunately, there is no cashpoint at the venue, however, there are a number of cashpoints nearby and at Westfield Stratford.
Is there parking at the venue?
The nearest Car park is Westfield Stratford - a 5min Walk from the venue.
Is there disabled access?
Yes, the venue provides accessibility in most areas.
Is there disabled parking?
There is no designated disabled parking.
