The event is open from 11am until 8pm on both days. An AM ticket will allow you entry from 11am until 3pm, whereas a PM ticket will allow you entry from 4pm until 8pm.

Entry closes 30 minutes before the end of your designated time slot. For example, if you have an AM ticket, you may not enter after 2.30 pm, and if you have a PM ticket, you may not enter after 7.30pm.

We have a limited number of tickets available at the door, however, it is advised to purchase your tickets in advance to guarantee your entry.

The price of the ticket covers entry into the event only and does not include food. Food prices will vary throughout the event.

Under 10s are permitted to attend the event for free, however, require a full paying adult with them. Only 2 children are permitted per paying adult.

Over 10s will require a standard ticket to enter the event.

Once you have booked, you will receive an automated email (to the email address you submitted during the booking process – please remember to check your email junk/spam folder for this) confirming the details of your booking. At the time of booking and on the email confirmation you will see an Order/Booking Number.

If you have a smartphone you do not need to print your ticket. Simply have your ticket readily available when you arrive, and our team will scan the barcode directly from your phone.

We will be able to check in your party separately. Please ensure that someone in both parties has a copy of the confirmation ticket so that our team can scan and check off each person when they arrive.

This ticket allows fast-track entry into the event only and does not allow you to jump the queues at individual stalls and any features.

Unfortunately, tickets cannot be changed once purchased.

Yes, your ticket contains a barcode which will be scanned upon entry. If you wish to transfer your ticket, you can forward them your ticket.

Your ticket is for a single entry only. However, if you have an all-weekend ticket then you will be permitted to leave and re-enter at any point throughout the weekend.

The Cookery Theatre and live entertainment are all free to experience at the show. There are, however, some paid premium attractions.

Yes, there is a prayer tent, with separate male and female tents.

Not all of our exhibitors are able to take card payments, so it is advised to bring some cash with you.

No, unfortunately, there is no cashpoint at the venue, however, there are a number of cashpoints nearby and at Westfield Stratford.

The nearest Car park is Westfield Stratford – a 5min Walk from the venue.

Yes, the venue provides accessibility in most areas.
